Job Title:

IT Solution Architect

Responsibilities:

Lead the design and implementation of IT solutions, ensuring alignment with the organization's technology roadmap and business objectives.

Analyze and understand business requirements, and translate them into technical specifications.

Collaborate with development teams and stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and secure solutions.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and stakeholders.

Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, and recommend new technologies and approaches as needed.

Lead technical discussions with external partners and vendors.

Develop and maintain architecture diagrams, design patterns, and standards for IT solutions.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

8+ years of experience as an IT solution architect or similar role.

Strong technical skills in multiple technology domains, such as cloud computing, microservices, APIs, security, and data management.

Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.

Familiarity with architecture frameworks, such as TOGAF and Zachman.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Preferred:

Experience working with global teams and stakeholders.

Industry certifications, such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Microsoft Certified Azure Solutions Architect.
